Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before placing an order.

Orders are only accepted by Phantasia subject to these Conditions of Purchase and Terms of Trading. Phantasia reserves the right to refuse any order.

All prices and offers are subject to availability. Phantasia reserves the right to alter prices, or remove special offers at any time. Should such a correction have failed to register on-line, Phantasia will notify the customer of any change before processing the order.

Making A Purchase

Methods Of Payment Through Paypal: Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Electronic Transfers.
Making a purchase is simple. Browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into your shopping trolley. After you have finished selecting your items, click on check out. All payments are then securely processed through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase as you can still pay through Paypal with your Credit or Debit card. For security reasons we can only ship to the address registered or used during checkout with Paypal.

Stock Levels

While every effort is made to insure the stock levels listed on the website are correct not evey item is keep in store and occasionally UK suppliers will run out of stock without us knowing. In this case the customer will be informed and given the option to cancel the item or wait to see if the stock becomes available.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping is calculated according to the weight of the products you order. Buying more than one item may mean less shipping cost per product
We aim to dispatch your order the next business day after payment is received (or when funds have cleared if payed by money transfer through Paypal, in this instance an E-mail will be sent with an expected clearing date.) Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days but please allow 10-14 days for delivery before contacting us. However, these times are estimates given in good faith and Phantasia will not be held liable for any faliure to deliver within a specified period of time. For security reasons we can only ship to the address registered or used during checkout with Paypal.

Overseas orders

For orders from outside the UK please contact Phantasia by phone or email for a quotation.

Returns And Refunds

Please advise us if you are not completely satisfied before returning goods. When returning goods please enclose a copy of your order confirmation received by email. We recommend that you return goods by registered postand obtain a proof of posting. Phantasia always tries to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods please allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.

Damaged or faulty items
If in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement and if a replacement is no longer available we will arrange a full refund on the return of the item.

Wrong item received
If in the unlikely event you receive a wrong item please contact us immediately and you will be asked to return the item to us. All items must be returned in the same condition as was sent out, unopened and undamaged. Once the item has been received, Phantasia will then send the correct item out to you.

Unwanted
Should you change your mind , simply notify us within 7 days of receipt and you will be asked to return the items for an exchange or refund to the value of the items. If you are exchanging an item there will be an additional postage charge for the new item to be sent out to you. All items must be returned in the same condition as was sent out, unopened and undamaged.

Back orders

If an item is not in stock it will be placed on back order. Notification by email will be sent with the option to cancel the order.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 days (from receipt) no-quibble guarantee, providing the Buyer has complied with any terms imposed by the manufacturer¹s guarantee.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the English court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
